The SBA decided to pull a 180 overnight and changed the application literally overnight.
Attached is a blank version of the application and the updated Fact Sheet on the program.
Over the past 12 hours, we have gone from no guidance and potential delays with the largest banks in the country stating they are not ready to look to go live today with a new application in hand.

Anytime a government rolls a program out of this size in less than a week there will be changes.
As I have said along, this whole process has been changing/adjusting on the fly. An SBA employee told me yesterday "we are building the plane while flying".

This is definitely true with these last-minute changes while they anticipate a roll out today.
